What is my role at PrintCo360?
I am the founder and owner.
What’s a day in the life of my role like?
My role here is very broad and goes from start to finish. I
take orders and pass them along to our order processing team making sure every detail is seen, when there are rush orders I make sure the job gets done and out the door on time, I am a part of making sure we have all the necessary tools and materials to be able to run jobs. There are also days where I am sending customers tracking information so they know when to
expect their labels.
Where did you start out in printing?
My first job in printing was years before PrintCo360 when I was part of our family owned photography company but not only did we take the pictures we also printed them in house on our Fuji Film photo processor.
What skills are required for my roll?
There are many skills required but I feel that one of the
most valuable is being able to help customers out that are in need by rushing their jobs and in
some instances even printing and delivering in the same day.
What advice would you give to people looking for a career at PrintCo360?
You must be very quality and goal oriented because Quality is who we are and we are always pushing to reach
our goals so you would need to be like minded.
How would you describe the culture at PrintCo360?
Our culture is a very fun and friendly one because we believe that to succeed you not only must work to the best of your ability but also have fun while you are doing it.

What is your role at PrintCo?
I oversee production to ensure that our quality is always on point. With my years I’ve spent on the press I also help keep the equipment running on the more difficult jobs to keep the presses on schedule.
I quote jobs for our sales team and I’m always thinking and trying new things to push growth.
What’s a day in the life of your role like?
Early mornings and late nights. First thing in the morning ensuring the shop guys have everything they need to have a productive day then checking emails from customers and suppliers. Scheduling jobs quoting new jobs. I have a lot of discussions with my pressmen about how jobs run and how we as a team can make them run better. I always say a boring day is a productive day because if a day is hectic it usually because the job on press isn’t running well.
Where did you start out in printing?
I started out here at Printco running the slitter
What skills are required for your role?
As far as skills go Math is very important not trigonometry just basic math. People skills!!!! Once I figured out that its a whole lot easier to get people to work with you than for you it changed everything, I told myself a long time ago I won’t ever tell my guys in
the shop to do anything that I wouldn’t or haven’t did myself. This one is not a skill but its arguably the most important, you need a reason for being here every day a vision, a dream, a Goal and you need to persistence to chase is every single day.
What advice would you give to people looking for a career at printco?
Show up, help others without having to be asked, do your best. If you are a hard worker, even if being a pressman isn’t the right fit for you we will find somewhere to put you where you will excel.
How would you describe the culture at printco?
It is a functional family culture. Everyone lends a hand when you need it, we all work together to keep produce running off the line all day long. Low stress problem solving happy atmosphere.
